紫荆文化集团有限公司总经理文宏武在致辞中表示，《非凡十年：海外和港澳专家看中国》一书，从全球视野对中国十年的发展进行了深入解读，为学习党的二十大精神提供了全新视角，将有助于港澳及内地读者更进一步理解中国十年发展成就，更进一步增强“一国两制”行稳致远的战略定力，更进一步认识“中国之治”的世界意义。
香港特区政府政务司陈国基司长致辞，认为二十大报告为香港的发展指明方向，香港要继续奋发努力，积极融入国家发展大局，努力为实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献智慧和力量。
香港中联办领导致辞，紫荆杂志社总编辑李海堂介绍本书编写情况，郑永年教授、盛智文先生代表作者出席活动并发言。紫荆文化集团有限公司向香港教联会、香港青联代表赠书。
